We want to order a batch of product pack boxes from Vicy. Please see attachment for details of type and quantity.
We sent several orders to them before. However, they did not consign the boxes to us or explained the reason.
In my opinion, we should explain the purpose of buying pack box from them.
Firstly, there are two points cause the damaged of pack: 1. transportation. Take this batch as a case, a part of product pack damaged by extrusion during the products were sent to our storehouse. ( See attached practical photos). 2. The dealers withdraw and exchange the goods.
We hope reduce the waste of Vicy products by changing the pack boxes, and increase turnover of warehouse to relax its press.
We are appreciated if the Vicy reply soon.

We would like to order an amount of package boxes from the manufacturer of Vicy products. The categories and quantities will be specified in the attachment.
We have ordered these package boxes many times when we gave you order forms, yet the manufacturer did not send these boxes nor gave us any explanation.
It is therefore necessary for us to explain the reasons why we want the package boxes. There are two causes for the damage of the packages of the products. a. transportation. Take for instance this batch of goods justly received. Just after the goods were transported to the storehouse from the manufacturer some of the packages were damaged because of squeezing. (The pohotos of these damaged photos are included in the attachment); b. The withdrawal and replacement of the purchases by the dealers.
We would like to change the package boxes to decrease the amount of damaged Vicy goods, increase the turnover speed of the storage.
Looking forward to the reply from the manufacturer as soon as possible.
