求英语作文一篇，急！

Dear Mayor,
I am a student from Yu Ying Middle School of Shanghai. During the holiday in the National Day, I have been to the World Expo, but I had a notice that some people who are totally healthy pretend to be disabled people sitting on a wheelchair, or some healthy people push a wheelchair, who are through the green channel into the exhibition hall. This uncivilized phenomenon is damaged disability rights.So I decided to write a letter to you to present what I am thinking on the further improvement.
Firstly，I’d like to suggest that enhance the inspection. Only one disabled people who sitting on the wheelchair, can through the green channel into the exhibition hall,and absolutely under such circumstances that only one person keep company with. On the other hand, the visitors' quality, likewise, calls for further improvement. At the same time, we should pay more attention to the publicity which is about the respect for the disabled people. And, of course, to
reach the goal, we should make great efforts together.
