Abstract:The core competitiveness of enterprises relates to the resources they have owned,the past experience and the accumulation of these experiences as well as their engagement in a long-term professional field .Why there are some companies short-lived,some went into liquidation halfway ,while others have still survived generation after generation. The reason relies on core competencies and its maintainment.
If an enterprise really wants to build up their core competencies, the only way is to find out
comprehensive analysis and sound judgement of various of conditions of the enterprise, looks for its own strength, start from production management, quality, size, sales model, brand recognition, price, personnel and other areas, takes advantage of them to do one or more work well, and ultimately forms their own core competencies .
