A good teacher is also an eager learner who strives to make constant progress in his specialty and other relevant fields.

Knowledge is meant to be enjoyed. A good teacher should first experience such intellectual happiness and than pass it onto students. Unlike the classic idea of resentful learners who hit the boring fossil textbooks and take an unlimited number of meaningless tests, the true purpose of teaching and learning is to inspire rather than frustrate students in the understanding and acquisition of knowledge and skills. If a teacher fails on this account, he is nothing but a broadcasting machince dilivering one-way messages to the receivers.

Successful teaching involves creating value for students, and bring about a win-win situation to teacher and students. Each party gains in the teaching process. Due to the limitation and problems inherent in our education system, teaching, regardless of on what level, produces a bunch of angry and confused students unsure about their ability, potential, and future in career. Most of the truly achievers I know, are self-motivated and they study in a different way with their counterparts. The causes for such tragedy are deeply rooted in the pursuit of pure excellent grade instead of the true and deeper meaning of learning. Like products and services, education is also governed by the law of market. In the short-run, students might get what seems to be valuable to them, but in the long run both our nation and people lose in the tough global economic competition.

Discrimination in education violates the basic rights of human being. But on the other hand, teaching is a highly customized service that must mesh with the personality, quality, and objectives of individuals. In this perspective, school education is very much like mass production in industry. While it may well suited for the economy of scale, such one-size-for-all teaching approach stifles the innovative minds of students. Therefore, it requires a good teacher to know students and to guide, not to change, them.

She is medium stature, a black head of the bright hair, a pair of bright eyes, and a round face, show the kind of intellectual often posture, is our teacher in charge teacher li, but she has an incredible strength, often encourage us, support us, warm us, and we get along in the past three years.

Well,it's my first note here and I'd like to say a few words about a teacher who I consider as a good one.
There are a lot of people who came come in our live and have some influence on it. And I must say that a teacher is a person whose influence is one of the most important. So it's vital to meet a truly good teacher.
So,what makes a person a good teacher or a bad one? It's not an easy question to answer as there are a lot of aspects which we should consider replying it.
Firstly,I think that teaching such a carrer which needs people being in theirs line. Because if a teacher doesn't genuinely love teaching he/she won't be able to make their pupils/students love studying. And I'd like to add that in my personal opinion it's the most important point. It's quite obvious that a good teacher must be intelligent and responsible. Apart from that, a good teacher should be a kind of subtle pshycoligist to find a way of teaching to each student.
I would say that it's not as important as above mentioned,but still I think a teacher should have a good sense of humor to cope with all the difficulties of teaching.
In conclusion I must say that teaching is a really complicated proffesion and to be a good teacher a person should do a lot of work(in all senses)that's why nowadays there isn't a lot of them.
