Long time no see. Hope you have a good time working outside home.
I am writing this letter because I am very concerned about your life style. You always like watching TV until midnight which is bad to your health because your body and organs need rest that time, just like a machine that need turning down for maintainance.
Also, you often go to work without breakfast because you watch TV too late to get up early. In the morning our body do need taking into food to satisfy its energy needs.
Beside these, you hardly do exercise and smoke too much, which will further affect your health. You are the backbone of our family and all we want you to be happy and healthy.
